Kall8 enhances toll-free 800 service with call recording capabilities

Kall8 is the only toll-free 800 service with a complete set of online tools for activating 800 numbers and managing accounts. Call recording and reviewing capabilities let businesses monitor calls for quality control, training and personnel reviews. Call recordings can be sorted and searched based on specified criteria. Recordings are saved for 30 days. Call archiving is also available to save calls for an unlimited time.

The standard Kall8 service is available for as little as $2 per month and 6.9¢ per minute. The charges below for call recording and archiving are in addition to the basic fee. Call recording and reviewing is available now for a $60 set up fee per account and $60 per month for up 3,000 recorded messages. To keep calls for longer than 30 days, archiving for an unlimited time is available for $50 per month for up to 3,000 messages and $5 for every additional 1,000 messages.

Call routing to the nearest location is part of the standard Kall8 service package. It is available now at no additional charge.
